Now we are talking bi-coastal gay liberation! Warren Blumenfeld was a member of the San Jose, California, Gay Liberation Front while a student at San Jose State. At the first meeting he attended, members discussed self-defense after one of their brothers was attacked on the street. He later moved to Washington, D.C., and joined the Gay Liberation Front there. Now he is an academic.
